The Russian Export Center (REC) is a state institution supporting non-commodity exports, providing Russian exporters with a broad range of financial and non-financial support measures.
REC works with relevant ministries and agencies and cooperates with key industry and business organizations, thereby helping to improve export conditions in Russia and reduce existing barriers to foreign economic activity.
From October 15 to 19, 2018, the Russian Export Center held the large-scale international "Business Mission to Beijing" event, aimed at fostering cooperation between successful business projects of entrepreneurs from the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, identifying promising projects and assisting in their promotion and commercialization, and attracting foreign investment into the domestic economy.
As part of the event, a contact and cooperation exchange with Chinese companies was held, along with individual meetings with potential partners and visits to Chinese enterprises of interest to companies from Omsk.
The "Business Mission to Beijing" enabled its participants to study the Chinese target market, hold negotiations with potential partners, and subsequently conclude export contracts.
Mikhail Derevyanko, managing partner of KRIF, presented the RCML technology, a developer and integrator of robotics solutions for industry, as part of the event. In 2017, the KRIF team began facilitating technological exchange and promoting the technology in China. The main area of work is the development of artificial intelligence (AI) software for robotic cells with industrial robots, which has already become an integral part of Industry 4.0. The technology is based on creating a digital twin of a shop floor with industrial equipment and a new approach to describing tasks, whereby the task itself is programmed rather than the robots. Mikhail Derevyanko presented the RCML technology to representatives of Chinese enterprises such as Hisense, the Tsingtao Brewery, and other companies, which expressed considerable interest in the project. During the business mission, the delegation from Omsk visited the cities of Qingdao and Jinan. Negotiations were held with various companies, and contacts and agreements were established with the Chinese side.
