A verdict on whether your project can raise money
The investment session is an assessment of investment attractiveness. You leave it with a written conclusion, not with impressions: whether the project is ready to take money from investors, what is missing, and in what order to fix it.

What we do in those two hours
We look at your project the way an investment committee looks at it, and we say out loud what a committee normally says only to itself. The session covers the product and the evidence behind it, the numbers and whether they reconcile, the corporate and IP structure, the team, the size and terms of the round, and the answer to the question of what the company does in China.
Before the session
You send the description and whatever you have — deck, model, figures. We read it in advance, so the two hours are spent on substance rather than on getting up to speed.
The session
Two hours online. We go through the project point by point and test the places where a round usually breaks.
The conclusion
A written document: an assessment of readiness to raise, the specific gaps that block a round, and the order in which to close them.
Three possible endings
The project is ready
We make an investment offer from the fund, or we take the project to investors ourselves. In this case the session turns straight into a transaction.
The project is nearly ready
The conclusion lists what has to be closed before the round — structure, documents, figures, the China case — and in what order. You can do it yourself or with us.
The project is not ready
You get recommendations: what is missing, what to build first, and what would have to be true for the answer to change. That is a cheaper answer than a year of rejections.
Terms
- Fee — $1,000 for a two-hour session.
- Format — online, in Russian, English or Chinese.
- Deliverable — a written conclusion on investment attractiveness within five working days of the session.
- Payment — details are sent after we confirm a slot; the session is scheduled once payment is received.
- Refusal — the fund may decline the request if it lacks the resources, or if it sees obvious doubts about the expediency of developing the project.
If the project turns out to fit the fund's criteria during the session, the fee is credited against the first invoice for any further work.

Describe the project in your own words and attach whatever exists. The more we can read in advance, the more the two hours are worth.
