For a project that is genuinely finished
If you believe the project is strong and complete — there is a presentation, the key figures hold, and the documents exist to back them — go straight to the committee. Fill in the questionnaire, attach the evidence, and the application goes to scoring.

What happens to your application
The questionnaire
Around thirty questions across the company, the product, traction, the team, the round, and the China scenario. Answers must be specific: the committee reads figures, not adjectives.
Evidence
The presentation is mandatory. Everything you assert should be backed — the financial model, the ownership structure, registration documents, IP certificates, key contracts.
Scoring
The application is scored against the fund's formal, qualitative and strategic criteria. Anything that cannot be verified scores nothing.
The decision
We tell you whether the fund is prepared to invest. If yes, we move to terms. If no, the answer is final for this round.
Reapplying
A rejected application may be resubmitted after six months. In practice that is enough time to close what the rejection was about.
Do not send this yet if
- There are no sales at all and no confirmed business model.
- The intellectual property is not registered, or sits in a private individual's name.
- The financial model does not reconcile with the accounts.
- The ownership structure is unclear, or there is an unresolved dispute among the founders.
- There is no answer to the question of what the company does in China.
In any of those cases the investment session is the cheaper route: two hours, a written verdict, and a list of what to close. It costs $1,000 and saves a rejection that locks you out for six months.
Application to the investment committee
All fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. An incomplete application is not scored.
