These terms govern the use of krif.fund and the treatment of the data you submit through it.
Nature of the material
The material published on this site is provided for information. It is not a public offer, it is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial instrument. Fees, investment amounts and stages stated on the site describe the fund's ordinary practice; the terms of any particular transaction are fixed in the contract.
Applications and paid services
Submitting an application does not oblige the fund to invest, to provide paid services, or to give reasons for a refusal. The fund may decline a request for paid services where it lacks the resources, or where, in the fund's opinion, there are obvious doubts about the expediency of developing the project. An application refused by the investment committee may be resubmitted after six months.
Data submitted through the forms
Data and files submitted through the forms on this site are used solely to assess the application and to conduct the correspondence that follows from it. They are not passed to third parties and are not used for advertising distribution. To have your data deleted, write to invest@krif.fund.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs and graphic material on this site belong to the fund or are used with the rightholder's permission. Any use requires prior agreement in writing.
