KRIF partner discusses cooperation with government representatives of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Omsk entrepreneurs presented the region's investment opportunities
On October 11, ahead of the Forum on Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan with the participation of the heads of state in November, a delegation from Pavlodar Region headed by Akim Bulat Bakauov arrived in Omsk. Representatives of the government sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan discussed opportunities for further strengthening cooperation with Omsk businesses.
The Republic of Kazakhstan is the main foreign trade partner of the Omsk Region. Omsk enterprises supply Kazakhstan with machine-building products, food products and raw materials, chemical industry products, rubber, and metals and metal products.
According to the Territorial Body of the Federal State Statistics Service for the Omsk Region, 192 organizations with Kazakh capital participation operate in the region.
KRIF partner Mikhail Derevyanko presented and put forward a proposal to implement a project for electric vehicle charging stations in Pavlodar Region.
The Kazakh partners expressed their interest in the project and proposed holding individual negotiations on further cooperation.
The Pavlodar side is ready to discuss cooperation within the special economic zone in Pavlodar, which offers reduced tax and electricity rates, as well as to provide comprehensive government support.
