Participation of a KRIF partner in the II Festival of Youth of Russia and Uzbekistan

From September 9 to 11, the II Festival of Youth of Russia and Uzbekistan is taking place at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation in Moscow. Youth relations between Russia and Uzbekistan were launched last year, in 2018.
Alexey Vladimirovich Gorodishenin, a partner of KRIF, headed the delegation from the Russian side within the framework of the Russian-Uzbek Business Incubator: "Uzbekistan is an amazing country, its tourism potential has not yet been unlocked. It is a country where many people speak Russian, where human relationships are valued. A place you want to return to again and again." Thanks to the KRIF partner's visit last year, ties were established with government agencies, commercial companies, and the scientific sector.
This year, more than a hundred people from Russia and Uzbekistan attended the Festival's events. Distinguished guests addressed the participants: Deputy Secretary of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Sergey Ordzhonikidze, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Alexander Bugaev, Chairman of the Russian Union of Youth Pavel Krasnorutskiy, Chairman of the Committee on International Relations, Foreign Economic Ties, Foreign Investment and Tourism of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Alisher Kurmanov, Head of the Department for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Alexey Vlasov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation Botirjon Asadov, First Secretary of the Third CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Mikhail Markovets, and First Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the Union of Youth of Uzbekistan Bunyodbek Bakhrombekov.
The distinguished guests noted the importance of developing youth tourism and entrepreneurship in Russia and Uzbekistan, the relevance of cooperation between the youth unions of the two countries, and the expansion of interregional cooperation programs and projects in general.
